“Knock Knock” is a 2015 psychological thriller film directed by Eli Roth. The movie stars Keanu Reeves as a married man whose life takes a dark turn when two young women, played by Lorenza Izzo and Ana de Armas, show up at his house seeking help during a storm. As the night progresses, their intentions become increasingly sinister, leading to a series of disturbing and violent events.
Ivan lives with his wife Karen and two children and is very happy. Both of his children bring him a cake because today is Father’s Day. Ivan’s wife is an artist who has made a statue that will be delivered the next day.
And she gives this work to her assistant Lois because the statue is not yet dry. Lois says to come later. Ivan himself is a sex artist. We also find out that Ivan’s family is going to a beach party today, but because Ivan recently had a shoulder injury and had a lot of work to do, he is unable to go with them. Now Ivan was alone at home.
After a while, the bell on his door rings. When Ivan opens the door, two girls are standing in front of him, completely soaked in the rain. Their names are Bell and Genesis. She tells Ivan that she has to go to a party, but she has lost her way and her phones are also damaged due to getting wet. So can she use his phone? Ivan agrees to help her and asks her to come in.
From whom she can ask the address of her party, she finds out that she had come on the wrong route and was quite far from her address. Then Ivan books a cab for her, but the cab was still 45 minutes away, so she requests that she can wash her clothes here until the cab arrives because she did not want to go to the party with wet clothes. Ivan agrees for that too.
Ivan also makes tea for her. Meanwhile, they both start listening to music on his music system. Both of them are listening to his music. Tisht and Klaxon are quite impressed and Ivan tells them that he was a DJ before and now the three of them talk a lot. Ivan tells them everything about himself and his family. When they both find out that Ivan is 43 years old and still so fit, she was repeatedly kissing him, which Ivan was a little bit agreeable to, but later she becomes comfortable with them. Both of them introduce themselves as flight attendants and start hiding some personal things from Ivan, like whether he has an affair after marriage or not, to which Ivan makes a clean face because he loves his wife very much. She tries to get him to leave and says,

But Genesis cuts the call and gets ready to leave from there. Ivan himself goes to drop them in his car. He drops them at a place and comes to his father’s house. After returning, he cleans the whole house thoroughly and then gets busy with his work and night falls. At night, Ivan hears something breaking in his house. He goes to check.
